Custom made ear products

To start the process, make an appointment and I will carefully examine both ears using an otoscope to check that ear impressions can be made. I then take a mould of each internal ear cavity using a silicone based material.

The ear impression sets in five minutes and will be despatched to a laboratory to produce the product you require. In total the appointment lasts twenty-five minutes, which includes the inspection and impressions. The turnaround at the laboratory takes between 10-21 days depending on the product chosen. There is also a “Priority Service” available at an additional charge.
